solution:

A lot of errors and warnings as in any school website but no serious problem with this site.
In The Arts at Yorba two images are not displayed.
Actually, their files EN00684_.gif and EN00395_.gif are in the subfolder images.
They are WMF files. Online, the browser does what is necessary to display them but not offline.
To solve the problem, two methods:

Use a utility as irfanview to read these images and save them with a gif extension, as specified in the HTML code.
With Arachnophilia, for instance, modify the extensions in theHTML code (the_arts_at_yorba.htm).

Everything should work now.
